1. Data controller

This is a personal website. The data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is the site owner, Asım Özkan, reachable at hello@asimogg.io. This site is not operated by, and does not speak for, Kalekim or any project consortium mentioned on it.

2. What is collected, and why

Inquiry form — name, e-mail, the business area you select, your message, and your IP address (kept only to prevent abuse). Purpose: answering your inquiry and, if you wish, scoping a project. Legal basis: your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form).
E-mail link gate (Masterclass) — the name and e-mail address you enter, the content you opened, the language, and your IP address. The link is sent to the address you enter; the record is made when the link is used. Purpose: knowing who is viewing the material and following up. Legal basis: your explicit consent given by ticking the box in that window.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, loaded only after you allow it on the consent bar (if you give no answer within 10 seconds, consent is assumed; you can withdraw it by clearing this site's data in your browser). Purpose: counting visits and understanding which parts of the site are used.

3. Where the data goes

Inquiries and gate openings are delivered by e-mail to hello@asimogg.io and to a Gmail address, and gate openings may be recorded in a Google Sheets document. These Google services store data on servers outside Türkiye. By submitting the form or requesting a link you give explicit consent to this transfer abroad, as KVKK Article 9 requires. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

4. Retention

Inquiry and gate records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Abuse-prevention IP records are deleted automatically within one hour. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' 14-month retention.

5. Your rights (KVKK Article 11 / GDPR)

You may ask what data is held about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@asimogg.io. Requests are answered within 30 days.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. It stores your language choice and your analytics decision in your browser's local storage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies only after consent.

2. Hangi veriler, hangi amaçla işleniyor

Talep formu — ad soyad, e-posta, seçtiğiniz iş alanı, mesajınız ve IP adresiniz (yalnızca kötüye kullanımı önlemek için tutulur). Amaç: talebinizi yanıtlamak ve isterseniz bir proje kapsamı belirlemek. Hukuki dayanak: açık rızanız (formdaki onay kutusu).
E-posta bağlantısı kapısı (Masterclass) — girdiğiniz ad ve e-posta adresi, açtığınız içerik, dil ve IP adresiniz. Bağlantı girdiğiniz adrese gönderilir; kayıt, bağlantı kullanıldığında oluşur. Amaç: materyali kimin izlediğini bilmek ve iletişime geçmek. Hukuki dayanak: o penceredeki kutuyu işaretleyerek verdiğiniz açık rıza.
Analitik — IP anonimleştirmeli Google Analytics 4; yalnızca onay çubuğunda izin verdiğinizde yüklenir (10 saniye içinde yanıt vermezseniz kabul edilmiş sayılır; tarayıcınızda bu siteye ait verileri silerek rızanızı geri alabilirsiniz). Amaç: ziyaretleri saymak ve sitenin hangi bölümlerinin kullanıldığını anlamak.

3. Veriler nereye gidiyor

Talepler ve kapı açılışları e-posta ile hello@asimogg.io ve bir Gmail adresine iletilir; kapı açılışları ayrıca bir Google Sheets belgesine kaydedilebilir. Bu Google hizmetleri verileri Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda saklar. Formu göndererek veya bağlantı isteyerek, KVKK'nın 9. maddesinin gerektirdiği şekilde bu yurt dışına aktarıma açık rıza vermiş olursunuz. Hiçbir veri satılmaz veya reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz.

4. Saklama süresi

Talep ve kapı kayıtları son temastan itibaren en fazla 24 ay saklanır, sonra silinir. Kötüye kullanım önleme amaçlı IP kayıtları bir saat içinde otomatik silinir. Analitik verileri Google Analytics'in 14 aylık saklama süresine tabidir.

5. Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11)

Hakkınızda hangi verilerin tutulduğunu öğrenmeyi, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini, işlemeye itiraz etmeyi ve rızanızı geri çekmeyi istediğiniz zaman hello@asimogg.io adresine yazarak talep edebilirsiniz. Başvurular 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Sitenin kendisi izleme çerezi kullanmaz. Dil tercihinizi ve analitik kararınızı tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutar. Google Analytics kendi çerezlerini yalnızca onay sonrasında yerleştirir.
